“The staff and the way they deal with u is very good and the products are fine. BUT they bombard u with reminders about buying the policy. One does not mind a reminder but to be constantly sent emails really pisses me off.”

“Simple uncomplicated and helpful advisors. The only irritating thing is the ‘need’ to waste time reading through the statement of fact each time. Is that really necessary for a renewal?”

“UKINET appears to offer all that I need for insuring a student let. The advisors on all occasions have been helpful. The only irritating thinks is the ‘statement of fact’ crib sheet they spell out every time....I’m sure it’s not necessary each time!”
