“Having spent a very frustrating time trying to identify an insurer to cover an unoccupied property, I contacted UKinsuranceNET. What a breath of fresh air they were - Andrea provided exceptional customer service - she was efficient, proactive and very knowledgeable. “I approached UKinsuranceNET when my provider charged me an exorbitant rate as my tenants had just moved out when the policy expired. Danny Porter was extremely helpful explaining how he could offer a vacant property policy which could be converted to a landlord policy as soon as tenants moved in, and he was able to give me a competitive price. He was available by phone for questions and prompt with answers. Altogether the renewal process was very straightforward and happened within the timeframe I needed.”
