Thank you for the feedback you have provided in respect of our policy renewal service. Having reviewed the case then it turns out an incorrect policy fee had been added to your renewal, which in turn showed that the policy had increased. I was so pleased to hear we had corrected this immediately and that your renewal was only £125:70, which I understand was even less (albeit only by 20 pence) than you paid last year. This corrected price for your renewal is in line with our goal as a company which is to ensure that our prices both for new business and renewal, always remain competitive.
