“We were looking around for quotes to insure our property which was going to be left empty whilst we carry out renovations. I had no idea what a mine field this was. I was quoted by two different companies and found the whole process very difficult. A friend suggested I should get a quote from UK insurance. What a difference I Spoke to Gillian and she made the whole experience so much easier. She was professional but at the same time customer friendly. I will certainly be using their services again.”

“Ross Watson was an outstanding customer services advisor from the outset. He quickly identified my needs, took me through the involved process, explaining where it was required and apologising for the bureaucracy when it was both inevitable and unavoidable. He advised on the timescale of obtaining results from the underwriters, although he managed to successfully obtain a satisfactory response from them in record time. An all together most efficient and effective experience. Well done indeed!”
