“The people I dealt with over the phone were able to answer all my queries and concerns clearly. Their help in looking at and deciding to use UK for my Landlords Insurance meant that I was able to look at details while they were on the phone and able to discuss there and then any queries that I had. This was done with good humour and kindness.”
