“The property in question has a flat roof which has been in place more than 15 years (without problem). I found it difficult to locate an underwriter. The three I have used for other properties declined to quote because of the roof and a couple of others I contacted online outright refused when the roof was described as flat. UKinsuranceNET found an underwriter of very highest repute and the property was covered in less than 48 hours from first contact.”

“What a pleasure to speak to a knowledgeable person on the phone when I needed specific advice, rather than a standard policy done electronically which would have been the wrong cover. Your staff were excellent, but like all your competitors, the online/automatic facility is frankly rubbish. Electronic staff replacements are not the way to go, as anything slightly different needs a person who gives you expert advice. It may not be the cheapest but it is absolutely right for the job, vital when taking out insurance.”

“I like the way UKInsuranceNET persists in reminding me, well in advance, that my properties insurances are due for renewal. I get contacted by email to begin, then by phone as deadlines approach. I have plenty of time to plan and respond. Ultimately if the deadline is upon me, the team make good efforts to get in touch. I have compared the prices with other insurers, but generally, every time, found the quote given by UKInsuranceNET was competitive and attractive. Hence I'm grateful that they (you) look out for best deals for me. I have, in the past challenged some conditions, such as that of no trees of more than 3mtrs height within 10mtrs of the property. There's hardly a property in Milton Keynes that doesn't so we had an interesting discussion on options.”
