“Quick and proactive response. As an overseas landlord, I spent quite a lot of time in filling the online application form but could not complete it (questions arisen). Without contact them, their staff called me and assisted me to complete my application over the phone. Quote was available just in a minute. When I have queries on the quote, they could give me quick reply. I am happy with their customer service.”

“I'd never heard of UKinsuranceNET until I read about them on a forum. I needed unoccupied house insurance and have always used a different company before. I got quotes from both and compared policies and UKinsuranceNET weren't only much cheaper but the cover was as good and the questions asked much simpler. You never know how good an insurance company is of course until you have to make a claim, but the set up process was quick and easy and Sue who arranged it was very helpful.”
