“Brokers are well informed on the latest insurance products available and are quick to return calls in response to queries and/or additional information required. I did check with other insurers and they were unable to beat the price offered by UKinsuranceNET. See you next year!”

“I was able to get a quote on the phone straight away on a Saturday morning when other companies were either shut or had to get back to me Monday. Also the opening times suit me as I work full time and have to sort my quotes out after work or on a Saturday. Very impressed with the service and the advice was very helpful.”

“PROBLEM: Multiple sources of communication with no apparent internal communication (between your team). Standard documents circulated without any reference to client's existing situation. Over the years I have used you as agents I have become increasingly frustrated by having to repeat my 'story' to every new contact (more than 5 different people last year). If there are file notes nobody seemed to read them before contacting me. Once my file was taken over by one individual (Jimmy Khing), who handled my case exclusively, the service was excellent and the problem your organisation initiated, by cancelling my policy with three months to run, was resolved (hopefully satisfactorily). I suggest this approach be considered throughout your organisation.”

Hopefully your latest experience with one of our advisers Jimmy appears to have restored your trust and confidence in our company. Your feedback is welcomed as the operational reasons you have highlighted we were already aware of and some of these were behind our decision to invest over £1 million in a new improved operating systems to further streamline and improve our overall performance. Hello Mr Craig, Thank you for insuring another property with us. Unfortunately the latest property you have insured is currently unoccupied and the underwriting for this type of risk can be a bit more complex with additional questions being asked re the state of the property and your intentions for its future use. One thing we always try to ensure is that customers clearly understand the main policy terms and conditions including what is covered and what is excluded. This can sometimes take a little longer to complete the sales process, however I can understand where you feel the process might have been onerous. Hopefully you will continue to use our services as you have done several times in the past.

“I've used UKinsuranceNet for sever years covering three rental properties. Their administration is efficient with he staff helpful and informed (they understand the requirements of landlords). The web portal to view current insurances is very good, perhaps other brokers offer a comparable service? Further, I have found the insurance quotes to always be very competitive.”
