“Since I reside in Perth Western Australia I went online to source landlords insurance for the property I had just acquired in the UK. The operators at UKinsuranceNET were aware of my location and when they telephoned me they took into consideration the time difference between the UK and Perth. This was a nice little touch and helps to summarise their approach to their customers - that is always consider your customers needs and put their needs at the top of the list.”
