“Simple uncomplicated and helpful advisors. The only irritating thing is the ‘need’ to waste time reading through the statement of fact each time. Is that really necessary for a renewal?”

“UKINET appears to offer all that I need for insuring a student let. The advisors on all occasions have been helpful. The only irritating thinks is the ‘statement of fact’ crib sheet they spell out every time....I’m sure it’s not necessary each time!”

“Your premiums are consistently competitive and for that reason I feel valued. I change my car and motorcycle every year without fail because I am sick to death of firms trying to 'rip me off' with high premiums and scandalous administration charges that new customers are not charged. Also your customer service team are helpful and respond quickly, which I appreciate very much.”
