“They helped when my previous insurer said I had to get a new policy. I was told to recheck with my original insurers, they said I needed a new policy that they could not provide, but when I went to cancel it they said I could have changed it.”

“After experiencing appalling customer service from my mother's former insurers (I was trying to insure her former (now probate) house, I was relieved to find your organisation and speak to advisers who actually LISTENED to my requirements and, even better, came up with exactly the cover I required, and the right price, in double quick time (as they had promised). I rate the two advisers I spoke to very highly, nothing was too much trouble.”
