“You contact me a few weeks before an insurance policy is set to expire, with a full quotation detailing the level of cover. A quick call and all is sorted again for the year. Also, having the admin charge wavered because I have numerous policies with you is a nice touch. Staff are always very happy and very helpful.”

“Very helpful when renewal was due. I received several reminders and calls so I wouldn't forget. Happy that the premium wasn't paid automatically from my bank as I find this very annoying. Good service and reasonably priced policy. Very prompt payment when I had to make a claim several years ago.”
