“Whilst I am very satisfied with the service from your company, I am totally dissatisfied with the performance of Close Brothers Premium Finance who were nominated to provide the Credit Facilities for your instalment payment system. I would recommend that you consider using a different finance company in future business.”

Having been contacted by one of our Customer care team Claire, then I am happy she was able to assist you and that the problem was easily resolved. We welcome feedback and it is helpful in resolving issues and improving our systems whenever hiccups arise. I was personally very pleased with the comment in your latest e mail stating “I now feel confident that this matter is being dealt with professionally and thank you for your help in resolving a problem which was created by a third party.
