“The people I dealt with over the phone were able to answer all my queries and concerns clearly. Their help in looking at and deciding to use UK for my Landlords Insurance meant that I was able to look at details while they were on the phone and able to discuss there and then any queries that I had. This was done with good humour and kindness.”

“I as very happy with the quote I received and the fact that should I sell the house I could cancel the insurance without being charged a cancellation fee. The advisor who I spoke to was very helpful and I was confident that I had chosen a policy suitable for my needs.”

“The process of renewing my policy is very smooth and the staff on the phone or email is friendly and helpful. I had so far no claims yet, so I can not rate the handling if I really make use of the cover. All in all so far I'm very happy and would recommend the company.”
