“Competitive premium for insurance from a reputable company, and a reasonably straightforward process. I have yet to experience a claim, which is of course when the value of the insurance is really tested. I like renewing if the premium is competitive, and the fact that even after an increase the price was still competitive meant a simple renewal rather than lots of hassle moving to a new provider. Happy!”
