“Maaz Rayyan is brilliant. I came to him with what I thought was a finished manuscript and he was honest with me, kindly, but honestly, that it needed another pass. He was right and I knew it. We spent two months really tightening it up and the difference was enormous. Since publication I’ve had readers tell me the book felt effortless to read. Thats the editing doing its job.”
