“My hubby gave me his old Samsung 9 but when I tired it out on Virgin it didn't work. Bob (my husband) called O2 and they said the phone was locked. He tried to get it unlocked, but as he bought it from an ex-colleague second hand, they wouldn't do it, the buggers!
So we tried to find another way and am happy to report that this company did it for us. We were a bit reluctant at first, as they had nothing to do with O2 but said they could do it.
True to their word they did unlock it. It did take a bit of time, about 2 weeks, but I can now use it with Virgin and didn't have to change my number, so am grateful we found them.”
