My recent report showed the wrong balance and it made me worry that something wasn’t right. I checked it several times and it stayed the same. I had to email support and wait for their reply. It took about a day but once they responded, they corrected the balance. I appreciate that Resorus.com took care of it properly.

Totally panicked when I got locked out of my portfolio after my account got hacked. Felt like everything I’d worked for was just... gone.
