Hi Yasmin. I'm sorry that you have not received your order due to the national Royal Mail strike which has affected every courier across the country. I can see your email was answered on the 12th Dec explaining this and we've not received a response from you since. We'll be happy to help if you're still having issues.

I'm sorry to hear you've not yet received your order. Due to bank holidays and a backlog with Royal Mail there is a 1-2 day delay on deliveries at the moment. I will ask our customer service team to reach out to you.

“never again,....weird how can you know that my order has been delivered?? i sent it as anonymous ,... but thats not the point ! The order is not delivered!!! and another thing .. another 10 Eur for zoll ?? for socks??? How is this even possible and why dont you have a reminder set up that another fees might apply???... therefore ONE STAR !”
