I bought a womens Superdry jumper from Urban Surfer which I'm very pleased with. Their Customer Service is really good. The reason I haven't given 5 stars is because it took rather a long time to get here.
However, this was preferable than ordering it from Superdry as they use Evri for delivery and I've had too many bad experiences with them. Too much hassle and stress.

Long delay in receiving sunglasses as a birthday gift, apparently out of stock. Would have appreciated being told this or better still, item marked as out of stock when I clicked on them before purchasing. Arrived well past Son's birthday so very disappointed. Glasses are ok but I would have gone elsewhere if I knew there were going to be delivery issues.
