Quality stayed consistent every time, clean stitching, accurate colors, and no weird sizing issues. Shipping was also faster than we expected for such a large batch. “Ordered 20 enamel pins and 150 PVC patches from USA Patch Makers and the whole experience was honestly smooth from start to finish. Their customer service stayed responsive throughout the process, helped with design adjustments quickly, and kept us updated on production and delivery. The quality came out really clean, especially the PVC patch detailing and enamel pin finish. Pricing was fair compared to other vendors we checked, and everything arrived on time without issues. Definitely felt like a reliable company to work with for custom merchandise and patches in the USA.”
