“Had to ask for the service rather than it be offered on time.. However engineer came, slightly earlier than arranged. He was very polite and efficient and left all tidy.”

“Service of the engineer was good but the vacuum service was very overdue. The service was due six months ago but there is no system of reminders. Hence only 4 stars”

“On reflection I’m convinced that my old Dyson would have been fine with a new flex and I was talked into thinking it was no use any more. I was promised the reconditioned machine in about ten days but it was four weeks.”

“I've had my vacuum cleaner has been service before but never service like this every part was taken apart and cleaned also your representative had a trainee with him and I thought he was excellent at teaching him you should be very proud of him he is a excellent representative”

“PAID £35 TO BE TOLD DYSON NOT WORKING...DUH...I KNEW THAT..WANT MY MONEY BACK. GUY WAS MORE INTERESTED IN TRYING TO FOB ME OFF WITH 2ND HAND MACHINE. VERY UNIMPRESSED. GOING TO BARCLAYCARD AS THINK THIS SHOULD BE CLASSED AS FRAUD....”

“Filters very inflated price. Cleaned to good standard. Couldn't diagnose why so noisy. More interested in selling me the annual insurance plan despite me telling him I was a pensioner on a limited income.”
