“The appointment was changed by Donestix without prior notice on the morning of the agreed date. I was annoyed that this was scheduled 2 weeks before and I had taken a days holiday. I was told that they would have to reschedule for another day, and I had to be very forceful before they reluctantly agreed to keep the scheduled appointment date.”

“Very efficient servicing of my Dyson vacuum cleaner by clearly knowledgeable engineer. Unfortunately had to buy a filter (which I thought was very expensive) and signed up for monthly insurance (so good salesman too)!”

“I was able to get a visit quickly and the engineer repaired my Dyson explaining the options available of purchasing a re- Conditioned model but I chose to retain my own which is now working well”
