“Easy to book. Messages sent confirming booking and arrival times. Engineer turned up on time very polite and explained everything. Completed job efficiently and was very tidy. My Dyson is now working much more efficiently.”

“Arrived on time, did what he said..... the only thing was, I thought he tried to hard to push other products, like this might break soon that might break soon change this change that. If I had done everything he suggested I would have been better off with a new hoover. Every thing was fine though”

“Mike was professional personable and gave some really good advice. The service was exemplary and our vacumm is now fully functional. The service plan was reasonably priced so we took that too Thanks Domestic would definitely use again I might even book a professional oven clean one day”

“Having just taken out insurance with Domestix and not even paid any instalments unfortunately my washing machine broke down and on inspection by them was deemed unrepairable, and even after a wrong order on my part they sent a replacement for me within 2 days,really excellent service all through can recommend this company to anyone, customer service 1st class many thanks for all your help you were excellent 👍. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The engineer was very efficient and considerate. I had some washing out so he took some items that needed knocking/shaking so he took them across the road so as not to put any dust on the washing. A job well done”
