“A very smooth and simple process, from initial inquiry, right through to delivery, and arranging insurance cover, all departments i had contact with were able to immediately answer queries, some of those probably silly questions as a first time lease user. the car arrived in immaculate condition, on time, with a call ahead on the day of delivery too, all very straight forward and professional. i would recommend Vanarama to anyone looking to lease a vehicle, transparent, good customer services and easy to contact, communication throughout the process was also very good, email, text and calls to ensure i was on top of everything, every step of the way.”
