“Another great product from VeloVixen. Some lovely Stolen Goat gloves. The first pair I received were too big so they were returned but, as always, the replacements arrived promptly and fit just right - fingers the right length for me and just roomy enough for some merino wool liners in cold weather. Just the job all round.”

“Brilliant service, returns process so easy and received the replacement within about a week of sending back to downsize (which is pretty darn quick considering I'm on one of the Scottish islands and things generally take longer to get here!). Love my new kit - Thank you!”

“Really like the colour and the fit although it was a tad large over the shoulders but otherwise perfect and once I’m riding it really doesn’t matter great item”

“Velovixen is a very effective and user-friendly company with an exciting range of cycling gear. I have purchased happily many items from them. However their free returns service is a must as sizing is variable...(writing exchange on outer packing is a great idea for prompt responses which other companies could emulate).”

“Great customer service and fast delivery if items. A little disappointed at packaging for the Proviz jacket, considering the price of it - it arrived in a small plastic bag, with no protection!”
