“Ordered Christmas pressie for my wife - arrived in nick of time - but impressive bit was when I returned the stuff that didn’t fit ( i had bought couple of options) . Posted on the Monday and money was back in bank by Wednesday and that was st peak ‘post Christmas returns season’. - pretty impressive or what ?”
