“Ordered a new helmet, bib shorts and jacket and they arrived within 48hrs, were of fabulous quality and are now my go to set of shorts and helmet. Jacket will wait till the cooler weather! Definitely going to shop with them again as SO nice having a site dedicated to women as opposed to having to trawl through all the men’s stuff to find what I want. Plus love all the helpful and relevant emails they sent with tips on cycling as a female. Top site! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“VeloVixen responded quickly to my emails regarding the return of a top and organised a refund as promised. I had also ordered shorts, which I was later informed were out of stock. They kept communication updates on delivery and refunds throughout by telephone, voicemail and email. It was a pleasure to deal with the company and I have already purchased another top.”

“I have had several items fro VeloVixen and the customer service is top knotch. if like me you are in between sizes and worry about the cost of having to return items if the sizes are not quite right , their no fuss free returns pick is a bonus. (The only issue I have had is being able to print off return labels during Covid19 lockdown as I don't have a printer). Also, they are very quick to respond to any queries you may have on their products. Very amenable Would definitely recommend them .”

“I love this organisation, so supportive of women who love cycling, whatever cycling ability, experience, age or type of bike. The Facebook group is so welcoming and non-judgmental and the clothing range is amazing. I don’t think I will buy cycle stuff from anywhere else. I had to return a jersey due to wrong size. The return was handled swiftly and an exchange on order. Thank you Fran 😊”
