“SUPER DISAPPOINTED! I placed an order for Vida Cap at 7am on this past Monday the 24th of October. They had no problem taking my money, but my order still has not even shipped! A little concerned, because I feel that if I place an order at 7am and you process the order and take my money, then you should ship it to me that day, the next at the very least. Nothing. I both emailed and tried to call to find out what the issue was and no reply. No answer. No nothing. At this point I want my hard-earned money back. I am so disappointed! Too bad because Lion's Mane is absolutely amazing! Just don't buy it from Vida Cap..Removing my comment will only make you look even worse because I am posting EVERYWHERE! You should stand behind your product.. actually ship it. Respond to email with something other than an auto responder. Answer your phone or return calls. Mostly shipping the product after you take someone's money would be great. I didn't want to leave one star but it wouldn't let me leave none! How can I review something that I never get? I guess they get one star for successfully stealing my money!”
