Customer service along with their returns and refunds is shocking from my experience.

Can’t be compared to Amazon, who offer trouble free returns and replacements.

I took 5 days off work waiting for someone to collect a returns appliance. No one came to collect and the company never gave me any updates. I had to phone them so many times to rectify the situation. I have just received a phone bill for over £70 as a transpires their calls are not free.

Viking Direct have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they claim they offer ‘hassle free returns’ this is far from the truth. They claim they have a pick service that will collect your order for a return, however over a week has passed and they claim they will come the following working day, yet the collection service have still not come to this day. Honestly terrible

Item on order did not turn up. Still waiting for a refund after more than a month. Truly dreadful customer service. No-one returns emails or calls.

Awful returns process. Collection driver arrived on wrong day then did not turn up at all on another day. I received no call back when I raised a complaint the first time. I would not recommend
