“A lot of information to take in, but worth going through it was very detailed, therefore took longer to complete, but, I enjoyed doing the course and all the info helped me pass with flying colours. I would recommend this course to others. I look forward to doing more courses in the future. Thank you.”

“very confusing and far too long having to listen to every question of 20 which then has as many as 37 questions and this before you take the test. 2 1/2 hours is too long sitting at the computer, last time I did a course it only took about half hour.”

“As someone who has worked in catering for forty years, I found the course most tedious, I would like to have been able to skip straight to the test. I got a question wrong, because the answer should have been 'report to your supervisor' I don't have a supervisor!”
