“This online course was great value, convenient and easy to follow, and I definitely learnt a lot of tips and facts to keep my customers safe. I ploughed through it in a couple of hours but you can have breaks and return to it, which is brilliant. I would definitely recommend this course.”

“I enjoyed completing this course. I liked the fact that it was broken down into manageable modules that you could work through at your own pace. I have undertaken the same course before, but it reminded me of a lot of facts and information that will be useful in my job.”

“Hi found the course to be very good, however my wife set this up and placed wrong chefs name in it.....so it has been of no use to us.....because of this think that I will bring in trainers for the other 8 food handlers over this next week.”

“It took me longer than many people because I studied the course content a few times before attempting the test. I thought the course was excellent. The only one thing I was disappointed about was the fact that after taking the test I no longer had access to the course content which I would have liked to have kept for future reference. A part from that! I thoroughly enjoyed it, it was very well put together, and excellently presented. Regards Marie Scott (Lecturer)”

“I found it very effective. I studied in 3 parts because of time constraints and was worried that I'd have forgotten earlier parts but style of package meant that wasn't a problem. One niggle - didn't get told the answer to the question I'd got wrong and couldn't go back and check it.”
