“I loved the system, the content was comprehensive, transmitted with clarity and interest. Graphic helped to capture interest. Interactive challenges in their form variety allowed to verify the study progress. Probably the best online course I have participated in.”

“I did the Basic Food Hygiene course years ago but had to go to College night classes which was quite inconvenient, I really enjoyed doing this course on line, much better and more relaxed in your own home, you seem to take in more information too.”

“I completed the course over two sessions, it was easy to navigate and I liked the overall presentation of each module. The time bar at the bottom was very useful as you are able to see how long each module is likely to take and you can judge if you have the time to complete it. The link to the Puffin app for IPads was extremely useful as I did panic at first when I couldn't access the course. For someone who has never done a virtual course and is some what of a dinosaur when it comes to technology the course was excellent.”
