“The only fault was it was a little difficult to hear at full volume on my computer. Perhaps it is my computer which is a little low, but I found that difficult.”

“This took well over the estamated time shown. It actually took just over 4hours in total. Probably as I read it carefully as I needed this qualification for my workplace and could not fail.”

“I found it difficult to get in as the password was not accepted. However the support team was very good and sorted this out. Once in the course was very good. I passed .”

“I found the course very easy to follow and well presented I thought the exam was too easy and with the multiple choice the correct answer is very obvious because the others are so implausible! I got an unbelievable 100%!!,,, The only down side was that ,initially, I could not get the payment to go through on either of my cards. I phoned to ask if there was a problem with the website or the payment system and I felt the person who answered was somewhat "unsympathetic " and told me to try again another day! As you can imagine this is not great when you have just put aside the 3 hours to do the course! However, I logged out and back in and all was fine. Thanks”

“Took a Food Hygiene/Safety Level 1 course easily from home to equip me to help out at school and charity events. Materials were easy to navigate through and although I didn't need 3 attempts to get a passing grade, I was pleased to see the cost included these. Reasonably coated and I printed my certificate into PDF so I can send and print copies whenever necessary :)”
