“I needed to complete this course with regard to a community lunch I run. Although a lot was not applicable to my situation I learnt a lot and found it very staightforward to navigate.”

“I was looking for a basic food hygiene course as I needed to show evidence I had completed one. I found out about virtual college through a family member who had previously used the site. Training course was straightforward and easy to follow. Very informative”

“The process was easy to purchase and carry out the online learning. It was clear and easy to follow. I think the only thing would be a good idea is to send a confirmation email upon passing and that the certificate will be sent. I know it says in the initial email of the process but just nice to be reassured that the system has registered you've passed and that your certificate is coming. I did call up just to check and spoke to a friendly and helpful advisor who explained the certificate would be with me in a couple of days. I have now received the certificate so all is good!”
