“A volunteer colleague did this on my computer. I left her to do the course alone. She wasn't sure if she had passed at the end of all the units (I remember it was quite clear when I did the course a year ago) - and she launched into the 'test', which took a while longer! At the end of that it was clear she had passed both!! Maybe a little clarity about that might help - she is 79 and very brave to do it - but in voluntary work this age group is so valuable, so it isn't always IT experts who have to navigate the course. Thanks for reading this.”

“I thought some of the questions in the exam were ambiguous. Most I had right but caught on three. I'm not sure trick questions are as helpful as real questions. Maybe you should take a look?”

“I think this is my 4th time of using this site and always clear and helpful. Lorry drivers have now got to take a course called a periodic CPC, this lasts for five years. I think there could be a call for it if it could be done online,”
