“We used this course for our dinner ladies. All found it easy to access and appreciated the fact that they could log out and complete the course in stages rather than try and attempt it all in one go.”

“It took me 4.5 hrs to complete, but that's because I like to take notes of everything as I go along. As it turned out the exam at the end was easier than I had anticipated. It was enjoyable, well-presented, excellently thought out and I feel well informed.”
