“It took me 4.5 hrs to complete, but that's because I like to take notes of everything as I go along. As it turned out the exam at the end was easier than I had anticipated. It was enjoyable, well-presented, excellently thought out and I feel well informed.”

“You have not up dated course to include new sentencing guidelines effective February 2016. These guidelines apply to both health & safety and food offences. Thus, the fine & / or jail sentence has increased. Otherwise this was a comprehensive on-line course.”
