“It was very thorough and covered everything. Cheaper and more convenient than attending courses and you had to read and absorb as there is no clue to the online test. I revisited much info that I forgot!”

“STILL AWAITING CERTIFICATE Excellent tutorial course with the element of fun pictures that stimulated interest. It enabled me to deal with matters of running my social enterprise business, even although at times my study was rather slow. I gained knowledge of many aspects of hygiene management and the legal/law requirements of those involved in the food industry as well as hands-on (washed) knowledge. In my management role it has given me an overview and knowledge that will be put in place in my companies catering facilities. In conclusion I will recommend/encourage others to take the hygiene course. Many Thanks John Burrows”

“Really enjoyed the course, there were a lot of long words to remember, so i jotted them down so i could refer to them if needed on the test. i passed first time but did have option to do it again had i failed which i thought was quite good too.”
