“I found this course helpful as I could do it at home in my own time. It was reassuring to know you could stop and start at any time and it would log your progress. You could even go back over modules you'd already done and recap on them. The at the end of each module were good as they helped you realise what you'd already learned. Extremely handy course if you have children or busy lifestyle.”

“I found the course good: I learned quite a lot. It was fairly demanding and took me about twice as long as the 2 - 3 hours indicated. A few of the questions in the various tests were not very well worded, so it was unclear what was meant. But overall it was a good experience and certainly brought home to me the importance of food safety measures.”
