“The process was easy to purchase and carry out the online learning. It was clear and easy to follow. I think the only thing would be a good idea is to send a confirmation email upon passing and that the certificate will be sent. I know it says in the initial email of the process but just nice to be reassured that the system has registered you've passed and that your certificate is coming. I did call up just to check and spoke to a friendly and helpful advisor who explained the certificate would be with me in a couple of days. I have now received the certificate so all is good!”

“This was the first time that I felt very comfortable taking a course like this, it was so well laid out, one could take it at a pace that suited. yes I would love to take another course, and would surely recommend Virtual College. I got interested in this college, by seeing the local fish and chip shop staff displaying their certificates proudly.”
