“great way to learn would certainly do another course . had trouble printing certificate but very helpful staff on the phone. the course itself was easy to read and understand and follow through the pages. recommend to anyone that wants to study at home”

“The instruction pages were very clear with good reinforcement of important items, e.g. critical temperatures to be aware of. The test was clear though I felt some of the options in the multiple choice questions were rather obviously not correct. Otherwise, I felt it is a good basic certificate.”

“I discovered this course as my certificate renewal was overdue. I set aside an evening to do the course. It took longer than the three hours as I wrote notes in anticipation of the test! I completed the course next morning actually and took the test when I felt more alert! I found the review questions were very helpful and the course clear. I was delighted to score 90% first time! It was good to go through it in the comfort of my own home, rather than find a course , as I live in a very rural area. I can now proudly frame my certificate and put in my dining room for all my guests to see!”
