“So far I cant do the course because flash media player is required and my two PC's are using XP which apparently at the moment does not accept this. Why does the site not state that flash media is required??”

“Well presented with clear narrative and illustration. The initial task set was a little difficult to interpret what level of information was required to complete - but became obvious after the feed back. Perhaps a model one at the beginning would help.”

“I completed a Food Safety and Hygiene course that was very well laid out and easy to follow, with good graphics and quizzes. Especially liked being able to pause and save whenever needed, not just at the end of every module.”
