“The course was thorough. There was a fair amount that was obvious (naturally) but lots of good, in depth, information about contamination, disease etc. The sections were of a good length and enabled you to do bits at a time. The presentation was good and the ways of filling things in/answering questions/doing tasks fairly simple and intuitive. If you are going to print out the certificate at the end make sure you have a colour printer!”
