“Good way to learn and absorb information . Only thing I didn't like was some of the challenges where you kept getting them wrong but couldn't move on until you got it right ! Problem being you waste so much time trying to get it right that after 3rd attempt I think the answers should be revealed to you.,as it can be quite frustrating. Sometimes can get a little boring doing it alone , I found this with level 3 but level 2 I had no problems with & in fact enjoyed it.”

“Never having completed a training course online before, I do not really have anything to compare the course with. However I did find the course a little slow and repetitive.”

“Found it easy to log on and off and do it in stages. Easy to follow and lots of step by steps instructions if you was'nt sure what to do. Also could do the course from your home without going out at night, if you have a small family.”

“Was frustrated before starting as needed to instal a new adobe reader then was not aware what my username was when logging in so had to use the 'forgotten your password' system to find it out via email - which delayed starting for a considerable amount of time. Once started though, all went well.”
