“The food hygiene course was very easy to use and follow It is good that you can go in and out as it took me three hours to complete and I needed to take breaks in between Would definitely use this learning again and happily recommend to my friends and work colleagues”

“This course was just what I needed and I was glad I could work through it in my own time. Very informative and interesting enough to keep me at the computer for a few hours at a time. I took down my own hand written notes throughout , in stead of using the tool in the program.”

“Thorough information presented in visual and interactive format throughout, which was a great aid to learning. Done other online courses which were just pages of text to read, I found this to be much more effective with small challenges scattered throughout to test learning.”
