“Excellent course. It is easy to follow and it is great that it is accredited by City and Guilds. My employer was happy with my certificate. The course was very thorough and covered all aspects fully. I would recommend this course .”

“Good and informative course. The learning and recall experience could be improved by (a) making the course materials available afterwards (ie just to those who've paid for the course, done the test and received their certificate); and (b) making it possible for 'notes' (made and accumulated during the course) to be downloadable for saving on a pc. And finally, it would be really helpful if the certificate can be downloaded and saved - if there's problems with a printer, you have no proof you did the course and passed the test! (Although if you subsequently email the college, they can email the certificate to you as a pdf attachment.)”

“I help with a BBQ once a year at my local social club, so this course took far too long for the amount I need to use it for. Nearly 4 hours, even though I had passed it 3 yrs ago, there was no way I could get to the important part any quicker. Reply please”

“I did C&G accredited training [and those of you who look at online packages will know how seldom you can get certification worth the paper it is printed on] using a self paced course that was well designed and easy to follow. I realised there was also an amazing amount of information packed in. The assessment too consisted of randomly chosen multiple choice questions, some of which required you to have paid close attention. I opted to receive a printed certificate and this arrived in the next first class post.”
