“Well-designed learning package though content varies from the simple and obvious to the quite technical and therefore it's hard to know what to really try to remember for the test at the end. You don't seem to be able to print key bits of info as you go e.g. 14 allergens recognised by the EU which is key, without typing your own notes which is tedious and wasteful of time. Worst thing is that the system won't always record that you have completed and passed the module so you end up repeating modules you've already done. Very frustrating and Customer Services don't offer a great deal of help/redress if this happens.”
