“I had previously taken day food hygiene courses. i enjoyed being able to work at my own pace and when i wanted to much more, plus i found the course to be very thorough in its coverage of the subject material. the immediate response to the exam was also a bonus.”

“The content was interesting but the course took me longer than I thought it might. I liked the challenges that came at the end of each unit. The graphics were good and there wasn't too much to read on each page. I did take paper notes as I went along. Labeling the pages of each unit would have helped to locate information more quickly.”
