“Well constructed modules, interesting and informative. I liked the practice questions at the end of each module to consolidate what had been learned. Great to be able to complete this course at my own pace and in my own time, and get a C&G approved certificate for it. Very reasonable cost”

“Took a while longer than 3 hours to complete so make sure your Internet connection is first rate and very quick as there is alot of pages to get through. Other than that was good.”

“Very easy to understand the tutorial. Able to read and enter answers at my own pace. I am 73 years old and have volunteered at the local Age Concern lunch club. I needed to have a catering certificate for insurance purposes. Well recommended.”

“The course I completed was very good quality. It was easy to understand the instructions and the course was detailed. At the conclusion of the course I had a small problem in that I could not print my certificate but I used the Help and Support line and the problem was rectified very quickly by using another software on the advisors instructions. I would have no problem recommending the Virtual College to others for their development.”

“I really enjoyed the course however I did not make notes, (as one thinks they know everything) and the disappointment of failing was a surprise. But reading my previous course notes all was well. I also had reason to leave the computer and return later. I had great difficulty returning to the course screen, however I used the help line and the lady was very helpful and the course was completed. The certificate arrived this morning which was very nice. I would recommend the course to anybody who would want to obtain the certificate.”

“I used Virtual College for one of our volunteers in catering. This is the first time I have used on-line training. As a well retired former trainer/tutor in adult education/development I was most interested in the process.
